Everything in the Smack Shop is printed for you when you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — your shirt is made after you buy it, with your size and colour, and then shipped straight to you.
That is why this page is shorter than most: there is no stock to send anything back to.
If your order turns up damaged, misprinted, or it is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund it in full. No cost to you, and no argument about it.
Send us a photo within 30 days of it arriving — that is all we need. Email our support page or just reply to your order receipt, and include a picture showing the problem.
Please do not post the item back to us. It will not reach us, and it does not help your claim — the photo is what settles it. Keep the item, and we will send a replacement or put the money back on your card.
Tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will chase it and make it right. Every order has its own tracking page, linked from the email we send when it ships.
We cannot offer returns or exchanges on size, colour or a change of heart. Each item is printed to order, so there is nothing to restock and nobody else to sell it to — an unwanted shirt with our design on it simply gets thrown away.
So please check the size guide on the product page before you order. It is on every item, and it is the one thing worth two minutes before you buy. If you are between sizes or unsure, ask us first — we would far rather answer a question than take an order you end up not wanting.
Get in touch as fast as you can. If it has not gone into production yet, we can cancel it and refund you in full. Once printing has started we cannot stop it — and that usually happens within a day or so.
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because nobody claimed it, reshipping it is charged again.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows it within five to ten working days. We will email you when it is sent.
Your order has its own page on Smackagram with everything on it — what you bought, where it is going and its tracking. If the email has gone missing you can find your order with your email address and order number.
We are a small operation and we answer our own email. If something has gone wrong with your order, get in touch and tell us what happened — a photo and your order number is enough to get it sorted.
